Guest speaker: Liz Maunder of Norton sub-Hamdon Community Land Trust (CLT) in Somerset.
Liz will be talking about the challenges and rewards of being involved in the provision of affordable housing, and about how the existence of a CLT can empower a community and help ensure its future sustainability.
