Are you worried about your organisational resilience? Perhaps you are looking at different ways to support your work? Or maybe you are thinking about how to take your team with you?

This course will help you develop your understanding of the different types of income available and how to make strategic decisions aligned with your organisational strategy and values, in the context of today’s external financial climate.  The course includes a number of practical tools and resources to support leaders with their decision-making.

This course is aimed at leaders of small and medium sized voluntary sector organisations, including charities and community interest companies.

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the different income streams available and the options open to their organisation
  • Be more confident in making strategic income generation choices that support their organisation and its values
  • Be confident about the value of their work and how to present this to different supporters
  • Have explored approaches to leading change and overcoming barriers.

 Feedback from past delivery

From start to end Leah explained everything in great detail with many interesting examples. It has made me really evaluate who uses our village hall and how we could diversify.
