This practical session will explore how to bring your venue to life by looking at:

· Ensuring your venue hire can grow sustainably as demand increases
You’ll also hear a real world case study from a community organisation that has successfully activated its spaces, sharing what worked, what they would do differently, and practical lessons you can apply to your own venue.
