This practical session will explore how to bring your venue to life by looking at:

·         Promoting your venue so it reaches the right hirers, not just more enquiries

·         Making your space easy to find and book online, without increasing admin

·         Ensuring your venue hire can grow sustainably as demand increases

You’ll also hear a real world case study from a community organisation that has successfully activated its spaces, sharing what worked, what they would do differently, and practical lessons you can apply to your own venue.

This session is ideal for anyone responsible for managing or overseeing a community asset whether you are part of the staff team, a volunteer or a trustee and are looking to make venue hire a bigger, simpler part of your organisation’s impact and income mix.
