Vernon Institute in Saughall hosts a variety of activities on a regular basis, which anyone can attend or join, including Preschool, dance classes, an ethical food market, W.I., Slimming World, community cafe, gardening club, a wide range leisure and recreational groups and classes, much more. The venue is also available for private hire.

Formerly known as the Square One Youth Centre , VXCC has lots to offer local residents. The central location is reasonably priced for private hire, with lots of parking space and is equipped with lots of amenities.

Waverton Village Hall is a large hall located within the village of Waverton. Activities and events are held in the hall run by local organisations to benefit all members of the local community, with a visitor catchment area that spans well beyond Waverton itself.

The hall has a spacious tarmac car park and shares its site with both a football field (2 pitches) and a very popular new outdoor play area and bike track. Tarporley Health Centre have a GP surgery at Waverton Village Hall.

The hall building has a brand new kitchen and has three separate halls; a main hall with tall ceiling and a side hall each side. The hall is very accessible with a wide front door and all floors on ground level.

Whitegate Recreation Room is managed and run by volunteers. The hall was refurbished in 2012 and is available to hire for meetings, parties, regular evening classes or one-off events.

Whitley Village Hall was officially re-opened on Saturday 17 February 2018 after an extensive refurbishment.

The hall is widely used by the local community for a variety of clubs and organisations.

Willaston Memorial Hall is available for hire for regular bookings or one off events such as meetings, fund raising events, weddings and children’s parties for instance. All rates are very competitive with special discounts for volume use and organisations whose work involve young people pr the community. The hall has a licence for civil weddings.

The hall is comprised of a large central hall, good sized committee room and large modern kitchen.
